Donald Mason
Founder, DMSc, PA-C, CAQ-Psych
Donnie is a certified Physician Assistant with more than 16 years of experience. He spent 25 years in the US Air Force where he completed the IPAP program in 2008. He has experience in family, internal, and emergency medicine as well as psychiatry. Donnie moved to AZ in 2022. He has completed a Doctor of Medical Science in Psychiatry as well as a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Psychiatry. He maintains his certification through the NCCPA and holds an active license in both AZ and TX.
Donnie has a passion for treating patients who suffer from mental illness and uses a patient-centered approach. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and spending time with his family and pets.

Leena has over 8 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, which has given her a strong foundation in patient care and healthcare administration. She began her career in Las Vegas, where she was born and raised, and relocated to Arizona in 2019 to continue her professional journey.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her
husband and their two dogs.
